ESPN (which stands for nothing) has given himself the job of remaking the top division of college football in a more television-friendly format, narrowing the elite group of teams from 120 to 40.ESPN is asking for our help to pick the top forty teams. Click here and start placing the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the top group (right now they are hanging out in the high sixties, between Mississippi State and Air Force).
